The staff are amazing and great fun. Really excellent bar in Otsu. It was the perfect bar after a long bike ride from Osaka. My Japanese is only remedial at this time, but everyone at the bar was patient and had fun teaching us Kansai-ben. Highly recommended! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere was great, and I enjoyed it – the staff offered us a spacious room for the party. But half of the time they were not actually doing their job and we were bringing the beer by ourselves. My partner left after the 90 minutes and was not staying for the rest of the time, but they charged me the full price for her also. And my explanations that she's sleeping in the hotel for the last 2 hours didn't make a change. By the way the half of the staff were drunk by the end of the night and were incredibly slow counting the money and giving the change. If they want to keep their reputation high they should do their job properly and respect their guests. Price per person: ¥7,000–8,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

この度はご来店いただきありがとうございました。飲み放題をご利用いただきましたが、当店のルールとしましてはセルフサービスとさせていただいております。ご協力ありがとうございました。当店は姉妹2人で営業しており、至らぬ点が多々あったことをお詫び申し上げます。お会計に関しましては通常多人数でご利用の場合一括会計とさせていただいてますが、20名様近くの個別会計ご希望ということで大変お待たせする事となり申し訳ございませんでした。当店のルール、システム等の説明が不十分であり多々行き違いが生じてしまい不快な思いをさせてしまったことをお詫び申し上げます私たち姉妹は、2階でお誕生日のうたを皆様がプレゼントしてくださったことを大変嬉しく思っております。素敵な思い出となりました。皆様との出会いに感謝します。ありがとうございました。
