Fries came out cold. Pictures of menu on here are not right, have of items they dont have on new menu and prices have increased by $3. If you want lettuce, tomato, onions on burger or chicken sandwich they charge $1.50 per item. Service: 3

We were excited to dine here after seeing the photos and reviews, and even skipped another dinner option our friends had planned at the lodge because this restaurant looked so promising. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After being seated, no one acknowledged our table. We waited about 30 minutes before we had to flag down a server ourselves. After our order was finally taken, it was nearly another hour before our food arrived - and when it did, it was cold. The meals also looked nothing like the photos and were missing several advertised ingredients. To make matters worse, we weren’t told until it was time to pay that both the ATM and the card machine were not working. While technical issues can happen, there was no attempt to offer an alternative solution. We would have gladly paid online, provided our card information, or left an ID to settle the bill later. Instead, we had to walk several minutes back to our vacation lodge to borrow cash from friends. What stood out most was the lack of customer service. No one apologized until we expressed our disbelief. We never received water refills, extra napkins, or any accommodation for the long wait, cold food, or payment inconvenience. I wanted to give a better review, however, this was easily the worst restaurant service I’ve experienced. I understand that this is a small town, but that shouldn’t excuse poor service. Based on the high ratings, I expected a much better experience. Overall, the experience felt misleading and left us wondering how this restaurant earned such consistently high reviews. Service: 1

Took over an hour for our food, drinks were great and got them immediately from the bar. Our food after waiting for the longest time I have at a restaurant fry’s came out cold. Left hangry and unhappy. Service: 1
