Excellent kitchen, Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All the food I had there was Excellent, and the flavor-matches were awesome, except the Charcuterie Plate. The Cured dry aged ham from Umeå was a world class flavour bomb, as well as the Canteloupe Melon which was perfectly ripe and tasty. Unfortunately the ham flavour owerpowered the melon. Normally those would be a match made in heaven, but these two were better enjoyed separately. The Sea Crayfish were awesome especially with both the citrus emulsion and the autumnal sauce mixed. I was about to order the figleaf icecram, and asked the staff if it would pair well with the PX. They said they hadnt tried those but that it was a perfect match with the Chocklate Cream, so I went for that and it did not dissapoint... Perfect. Update: I came back after 3 months and this time I tried the Chefs recomendations 4 course set menu with wine pairing. And everything was awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
