I tried the caramelized pork belly claypot rice and the crispy pork vermicelli salad bowl. The pork belly claypot was rich, savoury, and very comforting. The pork was soft and flavorful, and the sauce went really well with the rice. The vermicelli salad bowl was fresh and delicious, with crispy pork, herbs, peanuts, and a refreshing lemon chilli sauce.
