Hi, I want to share lang our experience sa service nyo. My sister chose your cafe to celebrate this important day in her life. Supposedly, we were looking forward for a happy and memorable lunch for a simple celebration. So here's the story. We book a reservation month of July. We also paid a dowpayment Php 2000. August 7, 2026 ang reservation date. August 7, Around 11:30 am, (nasa munisipyo pa kami) nag chat kayo sa FB page to ask what time namin prefer ipa serve ang food. We are already heading to your branch that time, and expecting to arrive by 12 afternoon. Since, mag ppicture picture pa naman, we decided to serve the food by 12:30pm. So, they still have time to ready everything. As expected, dumating kami sa Cafe nyo before 12. We are so happy because the room decoration is so appreciative. Your staff at the counter warmly welcome us. While waiting for the food, we just passing our time by taking photos. Then, we settled ourselves at the table around 12:20pm. We didn't noticed the time because we are so busy sharing some chismis, we still dont have our food in the table! So, we go outside for follow up. Your staff saying 10mins more. We are so hungry that time but we still trying to understand the situation just not to ruin the day. And then 30mins after ,they serve the drinks. Pa isa isa ang bigay. Which is nakaka frustrate.. So para lang may makain na, We ordered na lang some of your patries . Even the utensils, wala sa table. They gave the pastries but we don't have spoon to use! I also ask for serving water, your staff says "Nasa labas po ang water, Kuha na lang po kayo don." WTH! And then, Another 30mins passed by, they serve food na hindi kumpleto. Paisa isa ang dating ng food namin. Nalipasan na kami ng gutom. Ang sabi naubusan ng gas. Nakaka disappoint lang kasi we did our reservation ahead of time, so meaning they have thier time to prepare!!! For sure they know how many person ang darating for that table. They saying sorry but never improve their service. Hindi na kami nakapag salo-salo. Dahil un food hindi sabay sabay sinerve. Almost 2hours un waiting namin before ma complete ang order namin. Super nakaka disappoint!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is not usual standard of cafe esther. We kindly ask for your understanding once again, and sincerely appreciate your patience.

We love the variety of the menu. They also offer yogurt smoothies, sandwich and snacks. Staff and owner are so friendly. Love the cozy vibes, and now more accessible near letran. Price per person: ₱1–500
