I don’t write reviews often, but this meal was phenomenal. We ordered most dishes twice because we loved them so much the first time. Do not skip the scallops or sausage — but truly, there were no misses. And so affordable! The perfect casually incredible meal that you dream of when visiting Japan. Quiet and peaceful morning at Otaru Canal! I visited in April before 9:00 AM, and it was so serene. There were no crowds, and while the shops weren't open yet, it was the perfect time for photos. The weather was great and refreshing, though the snow had already melted. A wonderful, calm experience if you enjoy beat-the-crowd sightseeing! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Otaru camel area is a place to visit and soak up the rich history of the town Otaru. Throughout the old town there are loads of very good historic info boards expla6ea hbbuilding and area, so one can walk through the area and feel part of the towns history. A very welcoming town with a rich history with the camel being a central area. Atmosphere: 5
