I went at 8:40 and they told me they were out of chicken. I had to get the harissa honey chicken which then they upcharged me. Then said the pita chips were "included". It was not until I got home with my to-go order that I saw they had charged me $ 2.65 for pitas that were "free", plus I paid another $1.35 upcharge because they were out of "chicken". Beware: this Cava is not honest with customers. And don't go there past 8:30, as they close at 10 and kept telling me they were "out of things". I love Cava, but this made me rethink ever visiting Cava again! Honesty with your customers is the best policy! First time at CAVA in Bluffton, SC and it was great! The pita chips with tzatziki were amazing. Antoinette was very pleasant and helpful with her suggestions, and Dorian at the register has the best personality. Any business would be lucky to have them representing their brand. I normally don't go to CAVA, but we were at Tanger and I wanted something different that's not the same thing, burgers, tacos or chicken. We had the greek salad with humus and lots of great vegetables and felt fantastic when I walked out, the manager Colin was enthusiastic and a true professional. The food was tasty and received it in a timely fashion. We went here about three months ago and service was ok, seems to have gotten a lot better, definitely coming back!!!
