Food is delicious, order was done correctly. This is my first time coming into Cava. There needs to be at least two registers to process walk in orders and a place for people to stand and pickup online orders or someone calling out those customers name and verifying the orders. I've had CAVA In the past at a different location. However, this location is located off of North Decatur drive. Now I don't know if it's because it was later in the evening, but it gets pretty busy in their late evenings. Especially with me getting off work. I didn't really care for the service that was given when I ordered my bowl. It felt like all the workers behind the counter had a little attitude. And honestly if you have an attitude then why are you even at work first of all? Like if you going to be making my food put a little care into making it. I almost left because the atmosphere just felt negative for some reason and then they're advertising their new salmon bowl and I barely tasted the salmon that was in the bowl. It was not that good at all. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location honestly. But try them out for yourselves if you want. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Nope, none!! Dietary restrictions: I guess they have some dietary restrictions on their menu. I don't really pay attention to that stuff.

Great customer service! Special shoutout to Marcus for all the helpful suggestions this was my boyfriend’s first time trying CAVA, and he truly made the experience worth it. Thank you so much! Also, kudos to the cook in the back for being so prompt and accommodating by providing us with fresh pita chips. 10/10 experience I will definitely be returning to this location!
