Es mi primera vez comiendo en este lugar, Alejo la persona que me atendió muy amable me ayudó a elegir , la ensalada estaba deliciosa, y todos los ingredientes frescos volvería , muchas gracias. First time visitor to any CAVA before and allergic to gluten. I can only assume I was being taken care of by a manager (taller guy) who very thoroughly washed his hands and made sure I felt comfortable with what I was ordering. He was so sweet and our food was delicious! 10/10 experience!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Firstly, tanayja was great and attentive. Helped us right away. The food is also great and consistent. Everything else was a sub par experience. First of all it was freezing, like literally all the other customers were shivering and mentioning how cold it was. Then a young male employee helping a father of two in front of me completely blew it. He took forever to help him, the poor guy had to wait with his two kids for 10+ minutes while they replenished pita chips and the employee didn’t even offer an estimated wait time just walked to the back kitchen area while we’re all standing at the register waiting to pay and did I mention we’re still freezing? Oh and bonus— the employee rang myself and partner up with the father of two because he assumed we were all together.. very strange and I can’t find a reason other than we were all the same race and no I don’t think this employee was racist but was it annoying? Very. Anyway, tanayja who was awesome finally helped us and the father of two in front while the rest of the four staff were huddled in the kitchen on their phones with the exception of one woman with glasses who was frying chips.
