I accidentally placed an order online at the Sandy Springs Cava location. It was supposed to be a delivery order, but I accidentally selected pickup. I was unable to leave work to pick it up, so I called the store. Mercedes answered, and she gave me exceptionally outstanding service by offering to deliver it for me. I do not think many people would have done that, so I am leaving her an amazing service review. She’s a big asset to the Cava team in my opinion! Thank you so much Mercedes!! I LOVE CAVA! Because of Devon! I came to this location and got immediately discouraged because I thought I couldn’t order it because of the setup. However, Devon Was in the part of the store and encouraged me to order. I placed my order online and my food was super fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the service Devon provided! THANK YOU DEVON Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in with my cousin from NJ to have her first CAVA. Giselle, Malani, and Sherlyn were great in giving recommendations and making our bowl. I always ask about suggestions on what is best to get. It was quick once you placed the online order on the app to get the bowl. Thanks for a great visit!
