I have an avocado allergy and the gentleman prepping at the last station switched his gloves out for me, even though they were busy. He was quick, efficient and acted like it was no big deal at all which I appreciated! I would give the service 6 stars if it was an option. Thanks for a great dinner! Meal type: Dinner

The best Cava I have ever been to!! The portion sizes are great. I have found that I am usually given a much smaller portion in relation to the other members that I’m with because I’m a smaller individual. I guess people don’t think I have a normal appetite. I had a normal sized portion of a filling lunch that tasted great. I have never been to another Cava that had spoons! I got so excited because it is hard to eat those tiny lentils with a fork. I always get a cup of water with my meal and the water here is not too cold for my sensitive teeth. The room temperature in this location is also very comfortable. Highly recommend this location and I plan on coming back when passing through this area again. You guys are the best!! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Angeles is wonderful and excellent with customer service! This afternoon I placed an online order for me to pick up after work. I’m an avid CAVA goer as I am a pescatarian and it is hard to find places an Oklahoma that are accommodating. I was SUPER excited because they finally had salmon on their menu!! Once I got to the store I found that my order was incorrect and many of the things I got on my bowl (that I paid extra for) weren’t on my bowl. I was missing the lentils I got as an extra grain and my salmon!! I figured they may have run out of salmon, which is no big deal but they replaced it with chicken without notifying me. I didn’t mark down that there was an allergy, but I assumed they would call me to tell me they were out of something or even a note in the bag. I’m normally not a person to complain at all, but I do have a lot of allergies and I wouldn’t have been able to eat my food. I went back in and spoke to Angeles, who I think is the manager? If not, she definitely needs to be!! I explained to her my situation and she made me a brand new bowl free of charge. I was fine with just Salmon and lentils as a side but she insisted that she remake the bowl for me and apologized multiple times about the order mix up. I don’t normally write reviews but she really helped me today. Thank you! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
