I came in to pick up my order and the bowl sat out for nearly twenty minutes before anybody acknowledged it. I tried to get one of the many workers attention to help me and they avoided me. The lady next to me also had to wait so much longer and her bag was full and ready but just sitting there. I got my order nearly thirty minutes late of the pickup time. Had to leave before I could speak to a manager, since I was late to work. Called the manager, was not helpful, none of the many workers were helpful. So upsetting because I love CAVAs food but this was so frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I had a small outing with my son. I finally got to taste Cava's It was a wonderful sway from the every neighborhood fast food places. My palate was tickled pink with enjoyment. So.....I will return again possibly for the same meal or another selection. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Harissa Avocado, Chicken Bowl with Rice Greens and Various Toppings

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly — everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. You can tell they really care about quality and making sure customers leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
