I’d share a photo of my delicious food, but it was too delicious and I ate it way too fast! It was a very clean atmosphere, enjoyable staff! Fast service. All in all 10 out of 10! We had such a great first experience at CAVA yesterday! My mom and I came in for the first time and ordered two bowls, and both Joselyn and Leticia were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain all the options to us and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to us was how, once they heard my mom speaking Spanish, they immediately started helping her in Spanish as well to make sure she fully understood the menu and felt comfortable ordering. That level of customer service truly meant a lot to us and made our visit feel very personal and genuine. The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was great, but Joselyn and Leticia honestly made the experience even better. Thank you both for being so friendly and helpful — we’ll definitely be coming back! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
