I had a great experience at this CAVA. I have visited CAVAs in NYC, Chicago, Boston, and Houston, and this location in Pittsburgh consistently has the best customer service and portions. I have gone 3 times since I moved here less than a week ago because it is that great. The tall lanky black guy is super kind and apologized when I had to wait for pita crisps even though he didn't have to. He also wished me a great night and had the same bright, sunny attitude with other customers as well, going the extra mile to make their day when they also had to wait. The skinny asian guy with the arm veins is generous too. Overall, I had a great experience and it is so refreshing to interact with these employees! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to pick up my order today. I was skeptical about ordering the kids' meal because the servings are supposedly smaller, but when customizing online, I made a pretty good meal for $7.25. The meal ended up being a supposed 1060 calories for that price, which I thought was a pretty good deal. The picture below is what I got. It looks like I ate half of it before taking the picture, but that is actually what I got—a complete rip-off. I even asked to be given more, and I was told that it was the final product. I think I know what 1000 calories looks like, and it's not this. Also, when I came into Cava, I was waiting for 5 minutes to receive my ONLINE order, which was sitting on the shelf. A guy saw me walk in and was on his phone. He was laughing at videos on his phone while I was waiting to get my order. Complete lack of professionalism. That was the same employee who told me I couldn't be accommodated. 0-10. Terrible service. I do not know about the rest of the employees, but this one was bad. Go if you're feeling lucky, because your experience may be dependent on the mood swing of some disrespectful employee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
