The food was decent, but the customer service was disappointing. When I walked in, there were several employees behind the serving area, yet no one acknowledged me or seemed to notice that I was standing there waiting to order. To make matters worse, when my salad was prepared, no one asked whether I wanted pita bread. When I went back and requested it, the employee responded with a snappy comment that it was "by request only." A simple question during the ordering process would have avoided the issue. Decent food, but below-average service and a lack of basic customer attention. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

1st time going here with my adult daughter. The place was packed and the line was long. All the same, it was a well oiled machine of efficiency and definitely worth the wait...which is obviously why so many people in line are of the same mindset. The food was fresh and delicious and the service amazing! Yes, I'll happily be in line again and will see you there. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a really disappointing experience at this CAVA location today. The line was moving very slowly, and when I was finally helped, the employee assisting me (Brianna) was openly saying in front of multiple customers that she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to work the register. That immediately made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also noticed that side sauces are now being placed directly inside the bowl. Personally, I find that unsanitary — the containers touch everything and then go straight into your food. It wasn’t worth arguing about, so I let it go, but it definitely didn’t sit right with me. The worst part was when I paid. When she handed me my change, she dropped it carelessly, and it spilled everywhere. I didn’t even get all of my change back because some of it remained scattered and was never properly recovered or returned to me. The entire interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. What made it even more frustrating was that the General Manager, Byron, was present during this and did nothing to address the behavior. Leadership sets the tone, and in this case, it showed. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this experience was far below what I expect from CAVA. Customer service matters. Professionalism matters. Respect matters. Very disappointed.
