Excelente servicio al cliente y la comida deliciosa, ya casi están cerrando un domingo y la carne aún está bien caliente. Y me atendieron súper bien.

My son visited this CAVA location today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. One employee repeatedly interrupted him in a very rude manner and then left his order unfinished and walked away. Another employee stepped in and completed the order, but while her behavior was acceptable, she was not particularly friendly either. The worst part was that the manager witnessed the entire situation and did nothing to address the employees’ behavior or ensure proper customer service. To make matters worse, the salmon was overcooked, dry, and lacked the quality we have come to expect from CAVA. My son is always polite and respectful, and he has had wonderful experiences at other CAVA locations, especially the one in The Woodlands. This experience was completely different and unacceptable. CAVA should do a better job of hiring, training, and holding employees accountable for treating customers with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience at this location. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service was great I didn't get to see the young guy that fixed my bowl,but he was cool and helpful. I will definitely try again if I am in town. Also these sour cream and onions pita chips is a 10 out of 10 Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
