The build-your-own concept is perfect: you start with a base of crisp greens, hearty grains (the saffron basmati rice is a standout), or a warm pita, then pile on fresh veggies, bold proteins, and those incredible signature spreads and dressings. I went with the Harissa Avocado Bowl recently, and wow—it was a flavor explosion! The creamy avocado balanced the spicy harissa kick perfectly, paired with juicy grilled chicken, tangy pickled onions, fresh cucumbers, and a drizzle of their addictive garlic dressing. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and high-quality, with generous portions that left me full and energized without feeling heavy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially if you’re new to the menu—they’re happy to guide you through the options or suggest pairings. CAVA is a really good spot to eat at if you want to dine in or takeout. They have so many options to choose from. Logan was upfront when I walked in, greeted me with with a smile and welcoming energy. He walked me through the variety of flavors and toppings for the bowl I created. He was very well mannered and educated on the food his employer offered. I will definitely recommend CAVA Tulsa Hills, and if you decide to go in ask for Logan!
