It is hard to express what it's like dining with Chae. It's fine dining stripped of all the wank. It was watching a master at her work. She then presented her art for me to eat as she softly but proudly told me what the beautiful ingredients were. Of course, everything danced in my mouth - perfectly fresh, balanced tastes and textures. I have true reverence for what Chae and Yoora share.
