Upon placing an order for a Charles Philli steak, I informed the individual taking the order that I desired this specific deal. However, the individual mistakenly made an incorrect order. When I inquired about the error, the individual informed me that they had already made the order and could not change it. The food portion was significantly larger than the order, and I was compelled to discard the excess food immediately. The order had not even commenced preparation, and I requested that the individual cancel the entire order. The individual refused, stating that they were unable to do so.
