The food was tasty, too much bread with the portion for me, and the service was a little slow. The place itself was in a bit of disrepair, but functional. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: SAR 20–40

Dear: Chick Bun would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding a recent delivery experience. I called around 5:30 PM to place an order and clearly requested that it be delivered to Rio Hotel at exactly 7:00 PM, as that coincides with my break time. However, when I followed up at 6:50 PM, I was informed by your staff that the order could not be delivered at the requested time because it was not yet ready. As a regular customer, I found this disappointing. I kindly ask that in the future, your team ensures customer instructions—especially regarding delivery times—are carefully noted and followed. Reliable service is important, and I hope to see improvements moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,. Service: 1 Order type: Delivery
