Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the person who takes the orders. Every time I call, they speak in a rude and unprofessional manner. They often sound impatient, do not listen properly, and make customers feel unwelcome. Good customer service starts with respect, but that is clearly lacking here. On top of that, delivery is extremely slow. Orders regularly take over an hour to arrive, which is frustrating for customers. The combination of poor communication and long delivery times makes the overall experience very disappointing. Management should seriously improve customer service and train staff to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. Dear: Chick Bun would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding a recent delivery experience. I called around 5:30 PM to place an order and clearly requested that it be delivered to Rio Hotel at exactly 7:00 PM, as that coincides with my break time. However, when I followed up at 6:50 PM, I was informed by your staff that the order could not be delivered at the requested time because it was not yet ready. As a regular customer, I found this disappointing. I kindly ask that in the future, your team ensures customer instructions—especially regarding delivery times—are carefully noted and followed.
