Very disappointed today. First time that something was wrong with my order, I shrugged it off (my beef wonton had no beef). But the second time (8:AM 5/26/24) is where I draw the line: the soup for the beef wonton had no flavoring/seasoning. I was very disheartened at first, but as I thought more about it I noticed that only the beef wonton was messed up. The halo-halo (which has a lot of ingredients) had all of the correct ingredients. My theory is that the people that did serve me the beef wonton (at 8:AM 5/26/24) actually eat the wonton themselves because—-although I understand the many angles of stress that comes with being a fast food worker—-this job could not possibly be that difficult. I hope you understand that I care deeply about the beef wonton, and respond by fixing this issue immediately and having management check those responsible for preparing the food. We were craving for some ChowKing this evening. The fried chicken here is very crispy and the chicken meat tastes delicious. The fried chicken goes well with white rice and their Pancit Canton. On the weekdays, they have a special where you could order the fried chicken along with Pancit Canton and soda for less than $10. That's a savings of $3! The service here is excellent. We had a mishap where one of the orders accidentally fell onto the floor when we were at our table. we mentioned this to the front counter guy, Roden. He was a super nice guy and offered to replace the order for us for free even though we offered to pay. To us, this was a very kind gesture, and made us feel really special in this restaurant. The ambience here is good and you hear soft Filipino music in the background. This place is a great place for good Fast Filipino food. We highly recommend this place.
