I hired Cristian as our private chef for my husband’s birthday. He came to our home on time with his server and created five courses that were delicious and beautifully presented. His “homemade spaghettoni with classic cacio e Pepe sauce” and his “tiramisu my way” are truly exceptional! He made the whole experience very positive. It was such a pleasure to work with him while planning the event and while choosing the courses. He respected the dietary restrictions. His final cleanup with plated leftovers left my kitchen spotless. I would definitely recommend Cibus for private events.

We had booked Cristian for a private dinner evening in our home. Cristian was very responsive from the initial contact, we we able to discuss menu options and accommodations for dietary restrictions. On the day of the dinner he arrived on time and prepared with everything needed to make the evening a success. Each course was delicious, well prepared and presented. Cristian and his server were very discreet yet attentive to the guests and service. At the end of the evening the kitchen was left spotless and even placed the extra food in containers in the fridge. All our guest had nothing but compliments for the food and service. I would gladly recommend his services of anyone looking for a private chef for an evening.
