Lolli and Pops denied me and my service dog from entering their restaurant. It is actually discrimination under the law to do so.Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a restaurant cannot deny entry to a trained service dog. However, they can legally refuse service if the dog is out of control, not housebroken, or if the animal poses a direct threat to health and safety. None of these things occurred. Some woman actually met me at the door and told me I could not enter with my service dog. She claimed it was unsanitary. My sister and I were traveling from Hot Springs on our sister's trip. We spent 4 days in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Everywhere we went welcomed us even offering bowls of water and treats to my service dog. Shame on You Lolli and Pops.

Sorry ma’am, we don’t deny anyone services. We only ask that you provide proof of the service dog which is legal and that the dog be kept in a crate or under table at all times. I have other customers that will not enter my place of business with a dog in it. So I try to be fair for everyone. We love pets but some people don’t. It’s business. And I’m sorry you were offended.
