We enjoyed a delicious gluten-free and vegan lunch. There is a good atmosphere in the restaurant and the service is excellent. We would love to come back here again. I was happy at first at Clo (and went there at least once or several times a week), but a few days ago, while I was changing my glass cup into a take-away cup, the lady took the long teaspoon out of my glass cup and put it in the drying rack, ready for someone else to use!! Although I have had it in my mouth and stirred my tea with it!!! Not completely hygienic! Last but not least when I asked for a homemade ginger lemon lemonade the lady showed me a huge glass which I was very happy with as today's drinks are quite expensive and I was also very thirsty. However, I was served the lemonade with 2/3 ice cubes which I didn't ask for (I rarely have ice in a drink!). After asking for lemonade without ice, I was served a glass without ice, but with about 2/3 less lemonade !! The big mouth explained that that is the quantity they serve! Then I asked for the price which was 4.50 eur! And told them that I don't pay for ice cubes, nor lemonade made with tap water. Although I had understood when she showed me the glass (and especially for that price!) that I would get it full with lemonade to drink with my toast and salad! I found the situation extremely unfriendly, stingy and unpleasant and don't plan on going back there again. I refuse to pay 4.5 euros for 2/3 ice cubes and lemonade made with tap water!
