I will never return to this restaurant and if I could give 0 stars I could. My friends and I had reservations for 7:30. We ordered shortly after and didn’t receive our food until an hour later. The food was okay, however, I have been to better bbq places with better service and better food, especially for the price. The waitress charged us for food we did not order which is completely unacceptable. They took forever to bring the check and even then they put everything on one check after telling us we were able to get separate checks. After the restaurant’s many mishaps, we were offered sake shots which we declined to avoid being charged for that as well. I doubt this place will be in business for much longer unless they work on their service and ability not to charge people for what they did not order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been here 3x, twice with one other person only. Despite high prices, I had 2 good prior experiences. Especially because a lot of the food is pretty good. My last trip was with a group, and the service had been questionable. Prior to arrival, we reserved both a karaoke room and dinner. Over the phone, there was some miscommunication on how we could pay the bill. They advised that we were “able to either put it all on one card, or use multiple cards.” We took this as meaning everyone could pay for their own items separately. What they meant was, it could be split evenly among multiple cards. Even thought it was a medium size group of 8 people, the tab can get expensive so be prepared to put everything on one card and send your money to that person. The deposit also is split evenly among everyone, so nothing about the bill can really be personalized. Our karaoke room experience was pretty good. We went to dinner straight after this. Our server, Kindred, seemed new so we let some of the miscommunication slide. Then our food took between 45-60 minutes to come out, and so much of it was either missing or wrong. Even when we asked, some items never made it out to us. Then our server would disappear and didn’t really check on us after the food came out. We also had multiple items billed to us that we never received, and some of them were items that we were told were not even available for the night. The manager was nice, but our server seemed apprehensive to help us and explain everything thoroughly. It left a bad taste in my mouth when I recommended this place so highly.
