We’ve always bought from Cookies886 because we really love the cookies. However, the experience at the Taipei flagship store was disappointing. The receptionist and front-of-store staff were very cold and unfriendly, which really affected the visit. It’s a shame, especially when we went to the store with full excitement. We’ve never failed to buy from them, and this was my first time personally visiting the shop on my own — which made the experience even more disappointing. The product itself gives such a warm and welcoming feeling. It’s exactly this warmth that makes the cold service feel even more out of place. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
