October 24 about 430...In town on business and unfortunately not many places to enjoy a stick and a wine. Saw this was close and the reviews were great...boy did I have a completely opposite experience. Walking in, the place looked awesome. Headed to bar and that's when it all went downhill. Walked up to bartender who had the most MISERABLE, CONDESCENDING LOOK I've ever seen/felt, I Asked politely (cause it was my first time) what wine they had. You wouldve thought I insulted the individual behind the bar. He looks over to the wine on the shelves and stares at them saying nothing as if I'm suppose to be able to see labels from across the bar. I then proceed to ask for if they had reisling or Moscato (which they did). I asked for a glass and before the individual made a move he points to the stick I had in my hand and asked where I got it from. I responded" from home". (Again, first time visiting this establishment). With the most prejudice look and attitude, the individual says " Well you have to buy one from us". Let me be clear, I have no issue purchasing one to smoke (excuse my ignorance, but just brought my own just in case it was allowed, AGAIN FIRST TIME VISITING this establishment). This interaction completely killed the mood, I purchased the wine, drank (quickly), and left. YMMV. I will not describe individual, I'm sure management can figure that one out. Nice place, but as a tourist, be wary who is behind bar and be ready to be judged.

Awesome shop great atmosphere and staff and a fairly good selection of cigars. I usually have great luck with the sticks I purchase but I bought a 25 bundle of the “house cigars” and I can only describe them as shit. They are dry, splitting and wrapper has fallen of three of the six I’ve had. I usually don’t purchase bundles but I was in a pinch. Won’t make that mistake again.

Tonight we went to the opening of Cozy Cigar Lounge. The Lounge is Stunning. The humidor is spectacular! Cigars are top of the line. So classy and elegant. The staff is top notch! GO CHECK IT OUT!!!
