Cache Cocktail Bar absolutely delivered when we needed it most. After a rough dinner experience elsewhere, this place completely flipped the night around and honestly saved it. If you’re looking for a spot that can recover a bad night fast—this is it. What we ordered: Old Fashioned (Eagle Rare 10 Year) Whiskey Sour (off-menu) Deviled eggs Filet sliders Beef tartare The drinks were on point. The Old Fashioned with Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon was perfectly balanced—smooth, clean, and exactly what you want from a serious cocktail program. No shortcuts, no heavy-handed sweetness. Just dialed in. My wife went off-menu and asked for a whiskey sour, and they didn’t just accommodate—they nailed it. Thoughtful, balanced, and easily one of the better ones we’ve had. That kind of flexibility says a lot about the bar. Food (quick ratings in words): Deviled eggs: excellent — flavorful and well executed Filet sliders: excellent — tender, rich, and done right Beef tartare: great — solid overall, but the potato base took away from the beef Service was sharp, confident, and easy to work with. The vibe hits that perfect middle ground—upscale but not stiff. Final verdict: This isn’t just a cocktail bar—it legitimately competes with full restaurants. Great drinks, great food, and a clutch spot when you need a win. We’ll absolutely be back.
