Cachette was a pleasant surprise that we stumbled into on a walk through Flayosc and that drew us in because of it's interesting vegetarian dishes. The tiny courtyard is very cozy and was a very pleasant place to dine, accompanied by attentive and insightful service with good wine recommendations. The food itself was delicious, I loved the grilled onion with wild garlic crust. Overall, there's a nice variety of dishes and our table tried most, if not all of them and everyone was very happy with what they got. The Foie Gras is a very generous portion and especially with their onion confit extremely tasty and well worth the additional charge. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian entrees and main dishes available that were extremely delicious.

We are here two nights in a row as the food was amazing - haute cuisine is how I would describe it in terms of taste, seasonal, superb presentation and simply delicious. Simple small restaurant but deserves 5 stars for service, atmosphere and the love of food which is evident. Definitely do not miss.
