I ordered a hot takeaway "Amazon" coffee. The "service" category of this review received a 1 star because my coffee was sitting there and I didn't know. I was the only customer sitting at the tables, and my order was super simple. I happened to look up and see a coffee sitting at the end of the counter, so, since there was no other customers sitting down, I went over and asked, "Is that mine?" And I was told, yes. I was very disappointed that, obviously I'm a tourist and my coffee was just sat there, without anyone getting my attention or bringing it to my table. How long would it have a sat there without me realising? Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
