Very nice location, close to everything in the city. The staff is very serviceminded, positive and generally nice. The food is well prepared and I have yet to be disappointed. This will be the place I will go to everytime I will be in Ruse! I have tried a few other places in the city and they are not at all bad but for me Balkanika will be the place to go unless something dramatically changes. I will keep my fingers crossed. And a huge thank you to all of you who worked there last week when you had to have me as guest every day, even the day the power was out for a few hours.
