Hey Peter! Sorry you didn’t enjoy your meal. I do my best to keep prices reasonable while still using high-quality ingredients, and with current food costs that can be a tough balance sometimes. Just to clarify, the greens used were organic and purchased fresh today, and the veggies are house-pickled, which may have been what seemed off to you. The tacos are also more of a street-style taco meant to be eaten with a fork rather than a hard-shell style that holds together in your hand. That said, it’s always disappointing when someone leaves unhappy. If you stop by next time I’m at Garver, I’d be happy to treat you to a smoothie. Hope you have a great weekend.
