On one occasion, the same product with the same problem has many ingredients and tends to break down faster (potato), the first time I let it go, I thought it was an oversight, the second time the taste already felt and it was more sour ( WITH THE OTHER PRODUCTS THAT I TRIED, EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE RETURNED SOMETHING TO THEM). To take note: if the customer is telling you that the product is in poor condition, you should change it at a minimum, not go out and debate when the product was made and affirm that it is in good condition "because I made it today." I don't know about that, I was not in the preparation process and practically with that action he is telling me that I should eat what I returned, it is not LOGICAL.
