It used to be my favourite cafe but their food quality and drinks (not desserts, THOSE are still great) has gone downhill lately. The prices have shot up and it's not worth it. I think I'll be skipping any main meals there in the future and stick to morning or afternoon teas with scones, cake or coffee.

Unfortunately Cafe Fresh is heading in the direction of many of the other food outlets at Charlestown Square. We have been going to Fresh for a long time now and it is sad to see the service slowing deteriorating. Again on Tuesday21 June 2022 we ordered coffee, waited 40 minutes and them received the wrong order and that is twice in three weeks. We certainly won't be going back there anymore. The management certainly needs to have a serious review of staffing as some of the girls seem like they just don't care.

The worst service i’ve ever had. firstly, we ordered and had to wait 45mins for the food to come out, 2 of 4 meals came out, we were then told that they had no more meat left for the burger. We then had to wait another 25 mins for the other 2 meals. Why bring out 2 meals when the other 2 will be another 25mins? Not to mention the service was awful - workers were rude.
I asked a few times politely and asked how long it would be she said she’d ask and she never came back to tell us. I’m disappointed with the service. Wont be returning.
