My wife and I have driven past Café Lucci for years, always meaning to try it after hearing raves from friends. For our anniversary, we finally made a reservation and it was worth every bit of the wait. From the moment we were seated, the experience felt special. They greeted us with a glass of champagne each in celebration of our anniversary setting a lovely tone for the evening. The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for on a special occasion: romantic, quiet, and charming …intimate without feeling stuffy. Our waiter, Pablo, was outstanding. Warm, friendly, and full of genuine Mediterranean charm. He guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and the easy confidence of a true host. Service throughout the night was attentive and seamless. We started with the Bruschetta Pomodoro and the Calamari (Bobby’s Style, tossed with giardiniera and orange balsamic glaze). Both were light, fresh, and delicious…the perfect way to begin. Drinks were generous; the vodka tonics and martinis were poured with a generous hand and arrived perfectly balanced. For entrees, I had the Cavatelli Contadina, house-made cavatelli with garlic, olive oil, crumbled sausage, pancetta, and Prosciutto di Parma—and my wife ordered the Vitello Pancetta: tender medallions of veal with white wine, pancetta, sage, and Parmigiano Reggiano. I’m copying from the menu. ;) Both dishes were exceptional! Authentic and beautifully prepared, full of the kind of deep, comforting Northern Italian flavors. It truly felt like a taste of Italy right here on the North Shore. We finished the evening with a complimentary tiramisu presented on a festive “Happy Anniversary” platter…a thoughtful touch. Café Lucci has been a local favorite for good reason. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is romantic and inviting…and the service makes you feel genuinely cared for. First time diner. Extremely pleased with our dinner. The dinner and drink menu was extensive. Narrowed drinks to Old Fashioned , Hugo Sprtiz, and red wine trio. Joel provided us with exceptional service throughout the night. He was kind and attentive. The burrata was indeed “special” with well thought out tasety toppings. Rare to find Cacio e Pepe at an Italian restaurant. This dish transported me back to Italy! The Spaghetti Frutti di Mare had perfect balance of seafood, pasta and red sauce…so delicious. We were greeted by Jorge at our table. We appreciate when a restaurant makes effort to check on guests. We felt like VIPs. The vibe is cozy and romantic. Seemed like diner conversations overpowered the music, but still had a wonderful experience. We met a lovely couple next to us which was not expected. Highly recommend Cafe Lucci for authentic Italian food, drink menu and consistent warm service from staff (valet to host to busboy). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Great experience at cafe lucci Food and wine were perfect, our sever (Ligia) was fabulous. She was a seamless part of our experience, there when we needed her, fast and dry knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. Her description of one of the salads (the village) convinced two of us to try it. It turned out to be a really good recommendation. We would ask for her again!
