After supporting this great local cafe for a few months as a regular visitor for breakfast, they suddenly decided it is not possible to swap beans for tomatoes on the breakfast menu, despite the fact that they have tomatoes on the menu elsewhere. What sort of sense is this? Just about any breakfast cafe would be more than happy to satisfy their customers in such a simple request which has no cost hindrance? For the time being we have taken our custom back to the wonderful "Cabin Caf" where the welcome is great and are obliging with food. They also have a rule around swaps but is much more sensible, you can only swap meat for meat. You cannot swap a fried egg for sausage I think this is understandable given the cost of items these days. Hopefully the owners of Cafe Neo reconsider this rule. ... Maybe also consider a breakfast sausage also instead of the chippy sausage. I hope we can try this Cafe again one day soon, great venue and great convenience but I find the rule to be arrogant. Hello Lee Thank you for your review and for your loyalty over the years, I am the business owner and I was very concerned regarding your experience at my coffee shop, I will be looking into this matter and rectifying the mistake, this is not how we want customers to feel when they come into the coffee shop as we are a small family run business, we want our customers to leave happy with our level of service, therefore I would like to extend an olive branch for you and your partner to come back into our business and I will personally make sure you are looked after, please ask for Helen or Antonia and there will be gesture of goodwill for you.

We absolutely love this family run little cafe. There’s always such a lovely atmosphere here and not to mention the food is always amazing! Served fresh, hot and delicious! Plus I am always terribly tempted by the amazing cake selection and posh coffees. I have to add that this cafe is always very clean and ‘Covid safe’ with sanitisers always readily available. Something which is very important to me when choosing somewhere to eat is the vegetarian options. Nowadays everywhere has to provide a vegetarian option but some places do the bare minimum to tick that box. CafeNeo always have a very good choice of options to cater for all diets. All the staff are lovely but we have to say that Antonia adds just that extra bit of sparkle to the place. See you soon gals, love from Amy and Shaun
