I love Cafe Rio - it’s my go-to after work and I always prefer it over Chipotle. Placed a mobile order tonight after work, and went to pick it up and took it home only to find that they forgot to include my house dressing. Went back to the restaurant, and Elizabeth made it right, and remade the meal at my request because it would be cold by the second time I got back home - no questions asked. She is phenomenal, great customer service. She even hooked me up with a free drink and a cookie! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: Quesadilla, Beef Tacos, Hand Made Tortillas, Tacos with Rice and Beans Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking

I recently visited Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican and was disappointed with my experience. The food didn’t meet my expectations, and unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable due to their rudeness and perceived racism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, As a manager you should be professional when it comes to your job and not hold grudges or give attitude when a customer comes in to simply order lunch and not come off rude if you aren’t willing to do said job maybe you aren’t fit to be a manager. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
