This location is very poorly run. If you order take out expect to pick it up 20 minutes past the time provided to you. Drink area was a mess. No straws. Had to wait another few minutes to even be acknowledged while trying to get straws. Staff was extremely rude. Such a mess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took a while for order to be completed, but it was understandable, it was a bigger order. I'm just confused as to when cafe Rio started charging extra to have dressing included with their salads? Just seems like an odd move not to include them with the order, then when asked about it, they charged for each house dressing.

I went to a cafe rio a couple years ago and had a great experience, this time was not great. the employees had attitude, didn’t want to go get steak from the other counter when they didn’t have it up front but had some at their other counter, every single table was dirty, the food line was so dirty and disgusting, napkins and forks were out, and the chicken was the most dry and tough chicken I think i’ve ever had. was quite disappointed at my experience at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
