Completely unacceptable way of cooking. I ordered in store, Chipotle style. The rice was old and they were out of beans, but what bothered me more was how the employees: * Cut open a bag of beans and dumped them into the tray, with no reheating or anything in front of me. * She was stirring beans with a spoon and had a separate set of tongs in the tray. The tongs were in the way of her spoon. Rather than taking the tongs out and putting them aside, she just kept stirring until the tongs fell into the beans, and still kept stirring the tongs around in the tray after they fell in. I watched the employee do all of this. * Put my tostada into the oven for about 30 seconds, and then walked away to prepare other take-out dishes for 5 minutes. My tostada and beans were already cold and soggy by the time she came back to finish preparing my order. (There was only one person aside from me ordering in store!) * They went much lighter than Chipotle on everything but the lettuce. Small scoops of chicken, and just a small spoon each of salsa and sour cream for a big bowl of lettuce. * They prioritize online orders over people in store, why? I'm waiting in front of you guys for food and your employees are moving at a snail's pace filling beans in cups instead of finishing my order that you watched come out of your toaster oven. There is zero professionalism or cleanliness in their kitchen and it is a shame that food prepped in front of me was somehow colder, soggier, and less fresh than takeout chipotle I could have waited a half hour for. Terrible restaurant that barely even deserves to be a ghost kitchen for DoorDash. Stay away! Price per person: $10–20

The food was good. Decent portions and fairly quick. They forgot the guacamole, so we had to go back. Then the horchata wasn't working and the response we got was, "yeah I think it's clogged..." Finally there were little red mites on the table outside. I got so grossed out I had to leave. I will not go back. Price per person: $10–20

Since January 2016, my family has been coming here. We had opening week coupons, loved the food, and were hooked. We were regulars for Tasty Tuesday with the lines out the door. We were there through multiple management changes and staff turnover, but there was always regular staff who would ask about our family and actually care. But something has changed. The staff here seems to have forgotten the people walking in the door and are becoming "just another fast casual" restaurant. They aren't as clean with trays sitting dirty, no napkins, drinks out of stock, food items not available, staff playing loud rap music over the inside audio. The hours are changing and aren't even updated on Google. And some of the last regular employees from 2016? Finally left. Is the food bad? If they have what you want and they aren't trying to Chipotle serve you with small cups. Sure. And you had better hope they don't get an online order while you're waiting in line--they make the customer in front of them wait for any mobile/online order. And the billing is never the same. We can get the same order and be charged different prices by different cashiers. No wonder the Issaquah and Federal Way locations both closed.
