We all ordered the rigatoni bolognese and it disappointed. Sauce felt like it came from a can and very little meat. Good cheerful service. Offered a free desert when we complained. Probably will not come back. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, Trevor. We’re sorry the rigatoni Bolognese didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that our Bolognese sauce is made completely from scratch in-house using our own recipe—we do not use canned sauce. That said, we understand that the flavor and amount of meat were not what you expected, and we’ll take your comments back to our kitchen team. We’re glad our service team was able to respond and offer a complimentary dessert. We truly appreciate you giving us a try and hope you’ll consider visiting us again.

My grandson and I had a fantastic experience at Cafe Roma ! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, the Italian fare was authentic and delicious and the service was warm and efficient. We both loved our dishes and the arancini appetizer that we shared was so well done that we needed to order a second round. Cafe Roma is highly recommended for an intimate and scrumptious meal! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian options: A generous amount of vegetarian choices

It makes us especially happy that you enjoyed the authentic Italian dishes and our warm, welcoming service. And we’re thrilled the arancini was such a hit that you had to order a second round! Thank you for recommending us. It was our pleasure having you both, and we hope to welcome you back for another wonderful meal soon!
