Comer sus caseras ensaladas de cangrejo, sus generosos cangrejos y sus perfectamente elaborados sándwiches son aquí una experiencia estupenda. A sus usuarios no les gustan elmagdalenas y capuchino de este café. La buenísima ubicación de Cafe Romy hace que llegar a él incluso en hora punta sea muy sencillo. Una serie de visitantes mencionan que aquí los empleados son recomendables. Según sus clientes, el mayor problema de este lugar es su desorganizado servicio. La mayoría de críticos destacan que los precios son bajos para lo que recibes. Tan pronto como entras en este establecimiento, notas su aburrida atmósfera. La mayoría de los asiduos que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

Nothing to complain about. Enjoyed the chicken pesto sandwich and the service and the location is next to the beautiful indoor garden area in Carrefour laval mall. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An elder member of my family was walking in front of this "Cafe" and slipped on some chocolate and fell rather hardly on the ground. None of the employees acknowledged her fall including the older, male, owner/manager. If you see someone fall you should do the decent thing and see if they are okay instead of ignoring her. He actually accused her of trying to pull this as a "trick" for money when we went back to ask him about it!! He doesn't know anything about our finances but trust me, we don't need extra money, esp from a crappy coffee booth with terrible customer service. He also said he wasn't responsible for what is on the floor outside of his cafe/booth. He may not be responsible but he could put out some effort to keep his area clean. We ended up talking to security (who was very nice and professional) to document the fall in case she had any fractures and hopefully they can review the video of the man looking the other way and MAYBE possibly begin the process of removing this terrible coffee booth from the mall.
