Unfortunately, it was not a particularly good experience me and my family had yesterday at Cafe Vivaldi Ro's square. Everything is going well - until the food arrives. First my wife asks if it is possible to get a few pieces of cucumbers for her burger, when she sees our boy has had some nuggets for his nuggets. To this a waiter replies that the kitchen was too busy to cut it. (sorry what?) As my wife likes a bit of green in her food, she opens the burger and discovers that tomato slices are also missing. We draw attention to this, whereupon the waiter then asks for our food and is gone for 5 minutes. When he comes back with our now cold burgers, at least a slice of tomato has been put in. Still no cucumber, which we asked nicely several times, now that the food had to go to the kitchen anyway. When the burgers came back, the missing crispy onion rings on top were also sour. We hadn't actually discovered that they were missing. I don't understand why the waiter didn't just go out, find some tomato slices and some cucumber and bring it. (and the onion rings, now they found out they were also missing) Instead, we end up with cold food, since we got the same burger again. :( PRACTICE! It is simply critical that basic customer service is lacking. To top off the whole experience, both my wife and I have a bad stomach this morning, whether it has anything to do with the food is left unsaid. But we both ate the same burger.
