Hi Caffe Como City Center Management. Good day! It took me a week before I post a review regarding my experience in your restaurant. I visited your restaurant last Saturday June 27. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and my friend and I had a great time. However, when it was time to pay, Cristine told us that your restaurant only accepted cash payments and not credit or debit cards. She insisted that we pay in cash. When I asked to speak with the manager, she immediately apologized and said that she had made a mistake and that you actually do accept card payments. She also pleased me to keep silence and quite on her behavior. It is very alarming do something City Center Management. I was very surprised by this because I find it quite concerning that a staff member would insist that a customer pay in cash when card payments are in fact accepted. I believe this is a serious issue that should be looked into. I hope you will take appropriate action regarding this matter to ensure that it does not happen to other customers in the future. I also hope you conduct thorough background checks before hiring staff. Incidents like this can seriously damage a company's reputation, especially if employees engage in dishonest or unethical behavior. I trust you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take any appropriate action based on your findings. Otherwise I will ask for help Ministry of Commerce and Industry to take action for this serious matter. Thank you Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
