Been going to cafe di Roma nearly every week for the past 3 years. Most of the time I have an excellent experience, the ladies who work there are incredibly kind and hard workers. But everytime I go there and the guy with the nose plugs is working, service is hit or miss. My recent experience: I ordered my turkey club in person, realized I didn't specify take out or eat-in. I followed him back to the coffee area to express that I would like to eat-in and I would be sitting outside. After 25 minutes a patron came out and asked if I ordered the turkey club. Nose plug guy was visibly annoyed that I didn't pick up my food when called. I check the bag on the counter, he snatches it away from me then drops my order on the counter. I wish this was a one time issue. Imagine arriving to the cafe and getting in line at 1045, ordering your food at 11:01 and being told you cannot order a breakfast sandwich because it was past 11:00am. Nose plug guy strikes again. Caffe di roma is my favorite lunch spot in catonsville and will continue to patronage there, I will just avoid when nose plug guy is working. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Saw this place on tik tok and it did not disappoint at all. The shrimp salad sandwich my mom loved and I had the chicken Caesar wrap and it was good. Will definitely be back real soon. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
