Thai Express is a franchise Thai cuisine food stand. You can find them in most Metro Vancouver’s mall food court. They are not your authentic Thai food restaurants that wins food awards or anything, but they make hell of a good fried rice. This Thai Express is located in the food court of Metrotown, Burnaby.

These guys can't get a concept of a cooked potato. FYI people in north america like their potatoes cooked! Overall ok. For a dollar extra you can get a "to go" order at Pink Elephant (7 minute walk from Pacific Center) on one of their lunch specials for $10 and get a really tasty meal. But if you are busy and need a quick lunch this place will be fine, though tastes like it came from a can and it doesn't have the rich taste of a freshly cooked curry like at Pink Elephant or Sala Thai, which is also about a 5 minute walk from Pacific Center.
