Que lástima que esa casa con la historia que tiene y el lugar donde está que esté así. Le falta mantenimiento y un buen restyling

Hi NataliaNot sure which part you visited but the hotel was renovated at huge cost in 2017/18 and reopened. We also have a full time maintenance worker on site to make sure the hotel is always presented to a high standard. 23 euros for fish and chips... 14.50 for chowder. Mad prices compared to quality. Fish and chips next door is 15. Bar offers everything to be honest but the menu is disorganized, so if you wanna spend money on a whiskey it will take you a while to figure it out on menu. You can buy 300 euro shot of whiskey or 4 euro pint of tenants. Caters for everyone :) Got dirty glass with the drink which got replaced. Staff was nice, no issues, apart from odd uniforms. 3/5

Hi BemolThe fish and chips next door are for takeaway only. Dine in will always cost more when wages, electricity, gas etc are factored in. We provide a cosy atmosphere inside where you get the best of service too. You’re right, we cater to everyone. While some things like rare whiskeys may be expensive, we also offer the cheapest pint in Bray for €4 so we do try to keep everyone happy. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed.

I witnessed an elderly couple today being ripped off. They thought they'd ordered from the 2 dishes for eur 20 menu only to be given a bill for eur 94! For lunch!! The waitress, who was very young and full of attitude told them, well you should have checked the menu more closely and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else next time. Disgusting treatment. This used to be a lovely venue but clearly new ownership don't care for customer experience.

Hi JennyAbsolutely not true and don’t know why you would post this. Our menu clearly states that the deal is Monday to Friday and does not include weekends. We are never rude to customers and have a wonderful regular customer base who can verify this. Our staff are polite and courteous to customers and our reviews reflect his. The bill included alcoholic drinks also and desserts which will of course increase the normal price of lunch for 2 people. All prices are clearly displayed.stating people were ripped off when they clearly were not is very unfair.
