Terrible experience. They made us wait in line to sit, the tables became free, no one cleaned them and no one let us sit. Meanwhile, customers arrived out of nowhere and sat down, forcing us in line to argue and create confusion. Once seated, 45 minutes for a zero coke, two beers and a spritz. We only stayed because it was the only bar open... going for the second round was out of the question. Very disorganized. I recommend taking various orders together, not bringing them one at a time... then I don't manage a place, but I think the basics are really missing. I answer: you have no idea of the amount of people who got up and left angry, offering a terrible service while offering it on New Year's Day, perhaps it would be better not to offer it at all. The courage to offer a service?! But you don't save lives.. you have a bar. The courage of what? You were right to open, you could have made really good money, but you weren't able to serve almost anyone, let alone everyone... Just the 4 of us, in even more than 90m of stay, we could have spent five times as much! The advice is to organize the work better, because the girl was really going crazy and did things in a hurry and at the same time badly. It wasn't his fault, but those who hold the reins are certainly not capable of directing the staff and directing them on how to carry out the work. Going away empty-handed with 6 tables to clear, taking the order one at a time, there were 3 of them at the counter and they gave more importance to quick coffees than to table service (which rightly requires a fee). The place is really badly managed, it's obvious at a glance. People lined up waiting, empty tables where no one could sit and people arrived randomly from the square who, seeing free tables, sat down and we lined up like idiots... bah. If it's normal for you to open like this, then ok, good luck! In Milan a place like this lasts a week.. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
