I am genuinely astonished by the management at Caffeine Juodkrantė. When we arrived, there was only one girl working, despite the café being incredibly busy. There was a huge queue outside, the card machine stopped working, and the bathroom was dirty. A second employee arrived later, but it took quite a while before she was able to start helping with the drinks because bless her, she had so many boxes to unpack, help with dishes and food, etc. I want to say that none of this is the fault of the staff. Those two young girls were doing their absolute best under impossible circumstances. They remained polite and worked incredibly hard despite being clearly overwhelmed. After living abroad for the past 10 years, I am honestly shocked by the apparent lack of support from management. Understaffing your café during busy periods and expecting two employees to cope with everything is unfair to both your staff and your customers. Please pay your employees fairly, support them properly, and give them the resources they need to do their jobs. They deserve much better. Sadly, as a previously loyal customer, this experience has made me decide not to return. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
