This is strictly a coffee review. I'm a snob about my espresso, and every time I travel I try at least 3 new coffee shops with the same order: a traditional macchiato. Not only does Adam check if you want it poured or with just a dollop of foam (thank the Lord for his attention to detail, dollop all the way.) but he is easily in the top three espressos I've tried AND it's a unique blend made in house. You can have the fanciest gizmos around but without a superb level of craftsmanship a cup of this quality is impossible. Super nice people, awesome records bumping in shop, and killer coffee. What more do you want out of a shop?
