We ordered our wedding cake through cake couture. There were plenty of flavors for buttercream and cake to choose from for the cake tasting order. They were all tasty, and we went with the vanilla cake and swiss buttercream for our cake. Their buttercream was absolutely divine - perfectly smooth and not too sweet. Olivia was very pleasant to work with. She ensured that the cake fit our vision (we drew her a picture and sent some photos but she still called to clarify some small details, which we appreciated). She was also kind enough to deliver and set up the cake at our venue on a Sunday even though she was supposed to be off that day, and we were super grateful.

The service was outstanding from the initial email to the delivery of the cake. The cake itself was a wonder to look at -- cutting into it was ultimately tragic but satisfying once layers of luscious cream and succulent cake were exposed. Hands down one of the best tasting birthday cakes I have tried! The variety of flavours to choose from when planning the cake was surprising as well; furthermore, the ability to choose different flavours between the tiers was exhilarating. Best and easiest decision I had to make when ordering a professional birthday cake.
